Also, must one come for the 6 oclock class for the whole period from 6 to 8?
I know this sounds odd as a question, but i work downtown and don't get home in the West island until close to 6 at best.
Are there any plans for different class times or is it possible to train from
6:30-8:00? In other words, are classes more open gym type or would this be disruptive?
